Surfacer

Surfacer includes four functionalities for surface creation. With these tools, users can create surfaces for columns, beams, walls and floors quickly, which can improve the design efficiency. Surfacer has the following powerful characteristics:

1)   All of these tools for surface layer creation support linked model. That means you can pick an element in a linked model to create the surface layer.

2)   If there are holes on walls or floors, openings can be created automatically based on the profiles of the holes on walls or floors.

3)   Surfacer can search through the model to find a closed area and create surface layers only for the part of columns inside the closed area or outside of the closed area intelligently.
