Publicly Available Specification (PAS)  المواصفات المتاحه  للجمهور و هو استجابة  لطلب السوق 
مجموعه وثائق تم وضعها في بريطانيا British Standards Institution (BSI).توفر الادوات للمطورين لتوفير النقاط الاساسية فهي وثيقة معيارية تمثل الإجماع داخل مجموعة العمل.

يتم مراجعتها كل 3 اعوام لتقرير هل تغير ام  تبقي ل 3 اعوام اخري 
PAS لا يتعارض مع القوانين او سياسة الشركة
