إدارة محافظ المشاريع (PPM) هو إدارة مركزية للعمليات والأساليب والتقنيات المستخدمة من قبل مديري المشاريع ومكاتب إدارة المشاريع (PMOS) لتحليل و إدارة مجموعة من المشاريع الحالية أو المقترحة على أساس العديد من الخصائص الرئيسية. أهداف PPM هي تحديد المزيج الأمثل للموارد  وجدولة أفضل للأنشطة لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والمالية للمؤسسة -
