the system cannot open the device
السلام عليكم يابشمهندس
والله انا كان عندي مشكله في تنزيل البرنامج لما باج ي بحمله عالجهاز عندي ويندوز xp بتطلع رساله تقولي the system cannot open the device ومش عارفه ايه السبب ياريت تفيدني
ولو امكن تديني موقع مباشر احمل منه البرنامج انا عايزه revit arch.2013

اولا
نقم بالغاء الانتي فيرس اذا كنا متأكدين من مجلد الريفيت انه سليم و من موقع موثوق فيه
نضغط على الشريط السفلي لنظام التشغيل و نختار "Start Task Manager".
Access the "Processes" tab.
نتاكد ان الانتي فيرس لا يعمل في الخلفية
نجرب التنصيب مره اخري
اذا لم يعمل نلغي ملفات ال temporty ,و نعمل اعادةتشغيل للجهاز
اذا لم يعمل
- Create a new folder and temporarily move your temp directory path.
- Open Windows Explorer.
- Create a new folder in the root of your C:\ drive and name it something simple, like Test or TempAcad.
- Click the Windows Start button.
- Right-click the My Computer icon.
- Click the “Advanced tab”.
- Click "Environment Variables".
- Double-click the TEMP variable and copy the value path and paste into a text file for later.
- Change the path value to the temp directory you created above.
- Double-click the TMP variable and copy the value path and paste into a text file for later.
- Change the path value to the temp directory you created above.
- Click OK.
- Try to install. When you are successful, return the paths to the defaults you copied into your text file.
