Are Annotation styles consistent with CEI Standards

Are Dimension styles consistent with CEI Standards

Are Drafting Lines being used where the Linework Tool would be better

Are Line styles consistent with CEI Standards

Is the Level of Detail in the model appropriate for the scope of work

Are objects on the Correct Workset

Are there still “Generic” items in use?
Are things over-modeled? Especially families with no Detail Level controls set up.
Are In Place Families being abused?
Are there items hidden In View inappropriately?
Has Edit Profile been abused?
Are there lots of Masking and Filled Regions used in large scale views?
Are there more Drafting Views than their should be?
Are there imported DWGs in the main model?
Are Model Lines being used where families, Detail Components or Split Face is a better answer?
Are Drafting Lines being used where the Linework Tool would be better?
Are dumb tags being used excessively?
Are dimensions being rounded excessively to cover shoddy modeling?

Validation of Model

Open Central file with Detached from Central and Audit selected ☐

Remove non transmittal linked-in files ☐

Remove all non-required Views / Legends / Schedules / Sheets / Images ☐

Remove unwanted Design Options ☐

Purge model (repeat process three times as materials are only removed after the parent object has been removed) ☐

Update Save to Central view with any relevant model notes ☐

Save file to publish folder with same name ☐
